- An updated list of approved teaching and learning resources can be accessed in our newly developed ER9 Learn Platform portal. Vendors listed in the Connecticut Learn Platform Privacy Portal are recognized as privacy compliant. If a vendor is not included, the district requires a separate, signed privacy agreement before use. In cases where a vendor will not sign an agreement or is not identified as privacy compliant, the district will not approve or move forward with that software application or service.
