Notes from the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction:
 

 Our purpose is to communicate the Easton, Redding, and Region 9 curriculum to you as simply and thoroughly as possible. 

  The “Learner’s Palette” takes you into the content of the curriculum.  What do we want students to know and be able to do?  When you click on Mathematics or Language Arts on the Palette, you will arrive at a page that begins with the Executive Summary.  We recommend that you click on that button and read the summary of the curriculum.  Note that there are hotlinks in the summary that will bring you to other informative areas of the site or to other Web sites that have helpful information.  You can also click on your local school, which will take you to the school’s Web site, a place we hope you already know and can navigate.  In the future, you will be able to look at the Parent Handbooks and Help Links from this page. 

   We hope you enjoy the Web site.  Please read the helpful directions provided on the various pages to smooth the way.  Pay particular attention to how you can give us feedback or ask questions about the Website. Just click on the Webmaster name at the bottom of any page to e-mail your thoughts.
