OPERATION
IRAQI FREEDOM:

SUPPORT OUR SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN

Return to Special Programs

DADDY WENT TO WAR TODAY
(an original poem by a 7th Grader)

Seventh graders have watched the Powerpoint presentation, Operation Iraqi Freedom, created by Mrs. Weinshel, Director, Learning Resources and Technology.  This presentation incorporated photographs directly from the front lines and showed life as it is for our servicemen and women who are stationed in the Middle East.  Mrs. Rose, Social Studies Teacher, has offered her students the opportunity of  writing letters and sending packages to a select group of soldiers, provided by Mrs. Weinshel.  We thank them in advance for their support and interest in this act of patriotism.
