Storyteller

Amir Rashidd is a fabulous storyteller who will mesmerize the students with his stories, using instruments and costume to teach valuable lessons of life. He involves the students by providing opportunities for them to "play" the instruments and act out the stories. His tales reflect upon the oral tradition that he learned as a child and he uses familiar family members to enhance the meaning.

Amir is a Teacher's Aide in the Bridgeport Public School System, continuing his love of learning and children.
