Mr. Lewson called the meeting to order at 8:00 pm.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion: move that the Board of Education meeting recess to Executive Session for a discussion of performance of a municipal employee. Brey, Miller. Approved. Unanimous.
Dr. Fossbender and Mrs. Mas were asked to be present.
The meeting recessed at 8:45 pm.
RECONVENE
The Chair reconvened in public session at 8:45 pm.
The meeting was adjourned by the Chair at 8:45 pm.
